1. Shipping

The purchased product will be shipped and delivered to the address specified in the order form approximately within:

- 5 (five) business days for orders in Italy and Europe;

- 7 (seven) business days for orders in the other countries.

Delivery schedule may however change in case of payment through Advanced Bank Transfers (see the Payment Method section).

The merchandise will be delivered at the Customer’s premises and will be carried out by a carrier appointed by Cocci Stefano S.r.l..

Upon accepting the merchandise from the carrier, the Customer must make sure that the number of delivered items is correct, that the product described in the delivery note matches the actual product, that the product specified on the package corresponds to the one actually ordered and purchased, and that the package and seals are not broken, damaged, wet or altered in any way. In case the item is damaged or does not match the description and quantity actually ordered and paid for, the Customer can return the package to the carrier within 48 (forty-eight) hours from reception and must immediately inform the Supplier even via an e-mail message. In this case we recommend you do not accept the merchandise and return the merchandise. Do not sign the delivery note otherwise you will not be able to any claim.

Cocci Stefano S.r.l. will take care of replacing the product with a new one having the same value as the one originally chosen by the Customer.

Any complaints concerning the physical conditions or the alteration of the received products that can be blamed exclusively on the carrier shall be notified within 48 (forty-eight) hours from delivery. At the same time, the Customer shall notify the Supplier via e-mail that the received product does not match the one ordered and paid for. Cocci Stefano S.r.l. will replace the product with a new one, having the same value of the product chosen by the Customer. In this case shipping charges will be paid by Cocci Stefano S.r.l..

If within 10 (ten) business days from the delivery of the purchased order, the Customer fails to accept the merchandise, Cocci Stefano S.r.l. will recall the merchandise to its own offices and will send the Customer an e-mail informing him/her about the withdrawal and asking the Customer when he/she will be available again to accept the merchandise at his own expenses. If within 10 (ten) days from sending this notification e-mail Cocci Stefano S.r.l. does not receive a reply, the company reserves the right to regain possession of the goods without refunding the Customer of the amount paid.

Cocci Stefano S.r.l. cannot be held liable for any failed delivery or delays that are to be blamed on force majeur or fortuitous events.
