1. Right of withdrawal

Subject to art. 64 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring into any penalty and with no reason whatsoever, within 10 (ten) business days from the date of reception of the merchandise.

To rescind the contract, Customers should use our on-line Return Form available in our Order Status section.

Customers residing in the area of Prato in Italy can exercise their Right of Withdrawal even by simply returning the product directly to the Cocci Stefano S.r.l. premises, within 10 (ten) business days from receiving the merchandise. Customers residing outside Italian borders can exercise their Right of Withdrawal only by following the instructions below:

a. the Return Form available on-line from our website shall be completed fully and sent to Cocci Stefano S.r.l. within 10 (ten) business days from receiving the purchased products;

b. upon receiving the Return Form our Customer Service will timely send an e-mail explaining the procedures to return the products;

c. the returned item shall be in perfect, complete and resalable conditions and shall have not been worn, washed or damaged;

d. the product shall be attached to the original delivery note and/or invoice and placed inside the package;

e. the returned product shall be shipped in its original package and with its identification information;

f. the purchased product/s shall arrive to the Cocci Stefano S.r.l. premises within 15 (fifteen) business days from reception; the merchandise is deemed to be returned only when it is delivered to the carrier appointed by Cocci Stefano S.r.l..

The shipping charges of the returned product to the company’s premises are to be paid by Cocci Stefano S.r.l., as long as the carrier is the one appointed by the company. Cocci Stefano S.r.l. cannot be held liable for damages, thefts or losses of the returned items with carriers that are not insured.

1.1 Refunds

Once the products have been returned, Cocci Stefano S.r.l. will take care of the deadlines, terms and conditions and procedures described in the previous paragraph. As soon as the Supplier receives and checks the returned items, it will send an e-mail to the Customer confirming that the returned goods have been received.

Cocci Stefano S.r.l. will refund the Customer the amount already paid for the returned items, except for shipping charges, only if the deadlines, terms and conditions and procedures for the right of withdrawal described in the previous paragraph have been met.

All amounts will be refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of the notification e-mail sent by Cocci Stefano S.r.l..

Should the Customer fail to comply with the provisions described in the above paragraph, Cocci Stefano S.r.l. will not refund the Customer the amount paid.

2 . EXCHANGE

Delivery charges for size returns at the consegnee's expence. Please, follow the instructions below:

- we invite you to send us an e-mail specifying that you want to exchange item within 7 (seven) working days from the date on which you received the products;

- the returned item shall be in perfect, complete and resalable conditions and shall have not been worn, washed or damaged; - the product shall be attached to the original delivery note and/or invoice and placed inside the package;

- the returned product shall be shipped in its original package and with its identification information;

- return items must be shipped back to us within 7(seven) working days from the date the package was delivered to you.
