1. Credit Card

In case of payments through Credit Card, the issuing bank will cover exclusively the amount concerning the order after the on-line transaction has been completed. In case of incomplete delivery, Cocci Stefano S.r.l. will refund the paid amount concerning only the part of order that was not completed.

If the Customer withdraws from the contract or Cocci Stefano S.r.l. rejects an order, the transaction will be cancelled and in no case may Cocci Stefano S.r.l. be held liable for any damages, either direct or indirect, caused by delays from the issuing bank to refund the Customer of the amount paid.

Cocci Stefano S.r.l. reserves the right to ask the Customer any supplementary information (eg, land line phone number) or copies of documents proving that the Customer is truly the holder of the Credit Card being used. Without this documentation, Cocci Stefano S.r.l. reserves the right to reject the order.

During the entire purchase process Cocci Stefano S.r.l. is completely unaware of the Customer's credit card information that are sent directly to the Banca Sella S.p.a. website via a secured transaction operation.

2. Advanced Bank Transfer

In case of payments through Advanced Bank Transfer, delivery will be performed only once the due amount is charged on the current account held by Cocci Stefano S.r.l. Payment should be completed within 7 (seven) business days from accepting the order. If payments are not settled after this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Cocci Stefano S.r.l. will immediately send an e-mail to confirm your order.
